I can not afford an attorney right now for retaing fee and I do not want to let him get away with this. My parents wanted their youngest taken care of . I quit my job for my family to save money so I took care of my mom who suffered parkins disease blind from diabetes and bad bad sinusitis infection. Her eyes were all she had left plus her mind she lost each eye to blindness within her last 6 months of life, she let go a week after finding no cure. she never complained or cried about all her pain. I have a brother and sister and my brother helped a little. my sister had better things to do and it was going on a cruise. couple to be exact. my dad had alzhiemers in the last year pretty bad, My life hero gone and they put im in a home 6 months after my mom passed. this was why they took care of me . my sister’s son is the executor and they thought he was trust worthy.yet at the end my mom said I was everyones scape goat even apologized. Told me to not let them step all over me.

Getting a consult with an attorney may not cost you anything, and he will tell you whether or not he would take you on as a client on a contingent (meaning if you get your trust fund, he gets paid from that) basis. People on Yahoo Answers cannot give you legal advice that is specific to your case, because we don’t have all the information or paperwork. You need to consult an attorney near you to go in and talk to. If you have a decent sized trust fund and it is rightfully yours, an attorney would most likely be glad to help.
